چکیده
This thesis researches the analysis and the formalised metadata mapping of moving data. Therefore a new syntagma for structuring document subparts in movies is being developed. The dissertation focuses on syntagmata which for the first time consider subparts of a document below the shot level. Until now, a set of shots could only be syntagmatically classified, if they were spatially connected. However, this is not mandatory for the logical association of all kinds of shots. Despite the missing spatial connection, an observer can classify segments as if they belonged together. With the new development of a perceptive syntagma, shots lacking a spatial connection can now be aggregated. The result is a formalized description of perceptive syntagmata for moving data which can be embedded in the metadata format MPEG-7.

P 46: The Role of Kv7-Channels in the Pathophysiology of Multiple Sclerosis
Multiple sclerosis is an autoimmune CNS-disease characterized by inflammatory neurodegenerative events occurring with de- and remyelination. Recent evidence show that demyelinated neurons are less excitable than myelinated ones while at early stages of remyelination these neurons seem to be hyperexcitable. The latter is a transitory condition that, very likely, leads to impaired neuronal networ...

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a complex disease resulting from the occurrence of intermingled episodes of neuro-inflammation and degeneration. The temporal and spatial patterns in which these events occur are not well understood as well as the molecular substrates underlying it. Myelin loss and gain, as well as axonal damage are considered crucial events influencing the course of the disease but t...
متن کاملEffect of Cannabinoid Receptor Activation on Spreading Depression
Objective(s) The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of cannabinoid on cortical spreading depression (CSD) in rat brain. Cannabis has been used for centuries for both symptomatic and prophylactic treatment of different types of headaches including migraine. CSD is believed to be a putative neuronal mechanism underlying migraine aura and subsequent pain. Materials and Methods T...

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is an autoimmune disease of the central nervous system (CNS) characterized by inflammatory and neurodegenerative processes. One of its pathophysiological hallmarks is demyelination, a consequence of oligodendroglial cell death leading supply shortfall and missing electrical insulation to axons. Demyelination induced consequences on neuronal network activity and subsequen...

In the development of neuroinflammatory diseases, alterations of the blood brain barrier (BBB) represent key events. The integrity of the BBB is partially maintained by endothelia cells (ECs), since they actively limit the transmigration of immune cells. However, the factors that cause endothelial cells to develop an immune cell-permissive phenotype are poorly understood. In general, it has bee...
